This short talk demonstrates how data-driven decisions can lead to tangible benefits, particularly in highly digitized environments such as radiation clinics. Using the DAKomMed funding project as an example, we show how the targeted use of existing clinical data supports automated quality assurance while also unlocking economic potential. But it’s about more than just technology: The presentation also highlights the costs and benefits of data-driven processes – and how real value creation can emerge from everyday clinical routines.
