Your responsibilities - Architecture with overview and impact

• Designing and developing software architecture – You will design the structure of software systems, define system components, modules, and their interaction.
• Taking on technical responsibility – You will support development teams with architectural issues and ensure that architectural decisions are taken into account during implementation.
• Evaluate technologies and frameworks – You will analyze new technologies, platforms, and tools and help select suitable solutions for our projects.
• Inform architectural decisions – You will contribute best practices and current technological developments to implement robust and future-proof architectures.
• Create architecture documentation – You maintain technical documentation and ensure that architectural decisions remain comprehensible and transparent.
• Translate requirements into architecture – Together with product owners and development teams, you translate product requirements into viable system solutions.
• Designing reusable solutions – You will actively participate in the further development of development processes and architectures in the AUTOSAR environment.

Your profile – What you bring

•  Completed degree or comparable qualification – You have studied computer science, computational engineering, or a similar subject, or have completed training as an IT specialist.
• Initial experience in software architecture – You have already been involved in architectural decisions or taken responsibility for sub-architectures.
• Analytical thinking & systemic view – You recognize the interrelationships of complex systems and develop structured solutions.
• Technologically versatile – Ideally, you have experience or exposure to topics such as embedded systems, C++, communication interfaces (MQTT, ZMQ, REST API), QNX, or architecture documentation (e.g., arc42).
• Experience with modern software development – You are familiar with agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
• Strong communication skills – You can explain technical concepts in an understandable way and enjoy working with different stakeholders.
•  Language skills – You communicate confidently in German and English.
