Your tasks - Testing with responsibility and foresight

• Contribute to MRI system development – actively support the development of large-scale medical systems in the field of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
• Design and execute functional tests – create and carry out black box tests to ensure software reliability and performance.
• Specify and coordinate test plans – work closely with stakeholders such as software developers to define and document test specifications.
• Take ownership of key transfers – translate performance features into testable requirements and ensure proper integration into software testing.
• Run manual and automated tests – apply both manual and automated testing methods effectively.
• Prepare and validate test data – create high-quality test data and verify it for use in automation environments.
• Log, analyze, and track issues – record bugs, perform root cause analysis, and follow up to ensure sustainable improvements.

What you bring - Your profile for the testing domain

• Certified radiologic technologist (MTRA) – or a comparable qualification with practical experience in radiology or medical imaging.
• Experience in imaging diagnostics and regulated environments – you are familiar with radiology workflows and medical device regulations (MPG), or you’re motivated to grow in this field.
• Familiarity with agile workflows – you know how to work in agile teams using the SCRUM framework or are eager to adopt modern development processes.
• Technical understanding and tool skills – ideally, you have experience with tools such as MS Team Foundation Server, HP Quality Center, syngo.via, RequirementPro, IBM ClearQuest, or SAP documentation tools – or are ready to learn them.
• Precise and structured work style – you take documentation seriously and ensure quality and traceability in all test steps.
• Strong team spirit and communication skills – you enjoy working in small, agile teams (around 7 people) and contributing proactively.
