Your Opportunity - Organize Trainings with Impact!

At our customers Training Center in the field of medical technology, you will support the organization and administration of training and education programs. You will play an active role in efficiently transferring expertise on innovative medical technology solutions. 

Your Responsibilities - Administration with Vision and Commitment

  • Organize and manage trainings – you coordinate employee and customer trainings at the Education & Development Center and ensure maximum customer satisfaction. 
  • Ensure process and quality standards – you guarantee that all training procedures run smoothly and according to defined standards. 
  • Drive innovation in the training sector – you enhance the Learning Management System and align processes and workflows across various departments. 
  • Keep training data up to date – you continuously maintain planning of facilities, training schedules, course utilization rates, and training evaluations. 
  • Coordinate curriculum and instructional design – you work closely with the responsible organizational unit to create, structure, and archive course content. 
  • Act as a point of contact – you support booking contacts, participants, trainers, team leads, and external providers. 
  • Take over administrative tasks – you manage training registrations, course material preparation, and documentation archiving. 

What You Bring - Your Success Profile

  • Completed studies or equivalent qualification – you hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration or a similar field, or alternatively a Bachelor’s degree or vocational training combined with relevant work experience. 
  • Experience in customer-oriented roles – ideally, you have initial experience in customer service, customer training, or training administration. 
  • Proficient use of MS Office and databases – you are confident using Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Outlook, and working with databases. 
  • Affinity for new technologies – ideally, you have first experience with Power Apps, Power BI, or Copilot. 
  • Project implementation and process optimization – you have already contributed to projects and are passionate about continuously improving processes.
