At sepp.med, you shape projects for public institutions that have genuine social relevance. You combine subject-matter expertise with strategic thinking, take responsibility for complex initiatives, build sustainable networks within public authorities, and actively identify new opportunities to expand our public sector activities.

Your duties – responsibility that makes a difference

• Manage and lead projects – You take ownership of demanding public-sector projects and work closely with authorities and public institutions.
• Communicate on equal footing – You ensure transparent, structured coordination with all relevant stakeholders.
• Build and maintain networks – You establish and develop resilient relationships, including within the Federal Employment Agency and other relevant institutions such as BAMF or similar organizations.
• Identify opportunities and strategic developments early – You act as our primary point of contact on site.
• Prepare management materials – You support the creation of project plans, decision papers, and presentations for internal and external clients.
• Shape governance structures – You contribute to the further development of governance and collaboration models in complex multi-project environments.
• Coordinate internal teams – In the future, you will lead internal experts, ensure clear responsibilities, and enable efficient collaboration.

What you bring – your profile

• A completed degree or vocational training, e.g. in business administration, public administration, IT, or a comparable field.
• Solid project management experience in complex projects, ideally in a public-sector or government environment.
• Confident use of project management tools and office applications, as well as experience in preparing analyses and decision documents.
• Strong communication and networking skills, combined with diplomatic sensitivity.
• Strategic mindset, high level of initiative, and a structured way of working.
• Proven experience in projects with public institutions; an existing network within the Federal Employment Agency is an advantage.
• Very good command of German and good written and spoken English skills.
