Your Responsibilities – Strategic Sales with Power

  • Inspire new clients and deepen existing partnerships – identify opportunities, engage with C-level decision-makers, and build sustainable relationships 
  • Sell high-impact IT services – represent our portfolio of development, testing, consulting, cloud & security services in MedTech and Healthcare 
  • Close deals successfully – negotiate complex IT projects and lead them from acquisition to long-term success 
  • Identify market potential and implement strategies – analyze trends and develop innovative go-to-market concepts 
  • Make your success measurable – use KPIs to continuously optimize your sales activities 

Your Profile – What Makes You a Perfect Fit

  • Strong sales expertise in IT & Healthcare – you know the industry and have a solid professional network 
  • Entrepreneurial thinking & independence – you pursue ambitious goals with persistence and strategic focus 
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills – you convince with clarity, competence, and empathy 
  • Technical understanding & consulting competence – you explain complex IT topics clearly and develop fitting solutions 
  • Flexibility & drive – you enjoy being with clients, work efficiently from home, and stay focused even under pressure 

Nice to Have – Your Technical Background

  • Domain knowledge – e.g., electronic health records, RIS, HIS, PACS, FHIR, HL7, DICOM 
  • Software architecture & development – microservices, REST APIs, Java, .NET, Python 
  • Quality assurance & testing – automation (e.g., Selenium), CI/CD (GitLab CI, Jenkins), tools like JIRA & TestRail 
  • Cloud & DevOps – AWS, Azure, GCP and modern deployment models 
  • Agile methods – Scrum, SAFe, Kanban – including QA in agile environments
