We are a strong team of salespeople who play an important strategic role in the company. We are looking for an experienced team player and performer/hunter to join our team, who is at home in both hunting and farming. You understand how to develop established customer relationships while using cold calling as one of your strongest weapons in sales. Everyone in the team knows how important you are—because your job is to inspire our customers with innovative IT services in the areas of software development, QA & testing, regulatory consulting, and forward-looking software for industry, and to keep our company on track for success.

Your highly relevant tasks will include:

  • Strategic new customer acquisition and expansion of existing customer relationships in industry, particularly in areas such as mechanical engineering, electronics, and manufacturing.
  • Sales of customized IT services and solutions that support our customers in the digital transformation, automation, and optimization of their production processes – from development, QA & testing, and consulting for products and cloud services to IT security.
  • Negotiating and concluding contracts for complex IT projects to create long-term partnerships.
  • Advising C-level decision-makers on innovative IT solutions that meet industry requirements and increase efficiency and competitiveness.
  • Coordinating internal teams to develop and successfully implement customer-oriented IT solutions.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities and develop innovative strategies.
  • Monitoring and reporting sales metrics to ensure the success of your sales strategies and continuously improve them.

Be you – with us

As a technical expert, you have specialized knowledge in the following areas:

  • Domain-specific topics: e.g., Industrial Ethernet / PROFINET / EtherCAT / Modbus, MES, SCADA, CNC / PLC / robotics / HMI, smart sensors / actuators / fieldbus systems, etc.
  • Software architectures: Understanding of modern SW architectures, monoliths, microservices, APIs (REST, GraphQL)
  • Programming languages & frameworks: Overview of Java, Python, JavaScript, .NET, etc.
  • Test types & methods: Unit, integration, system, acceptance, load, and security tests
  • Test automation: Knowledge of tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright
  • Test management & QA processes: Experience with tools such as TestRail, Zephyr, JIRA
  • CI/CD & DevOps: Understanding of build and deployment processes (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
  • Cloud technologies: Overview of AWS, Azure, GCP, and deployment models
  • Agile methods: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, including the role of QA in an agile environment

  • Requirements analysis: Identifying and structuring technical and functional requirements at the customer
  • Solution presentation: Presenting complex technical concepts in a clear and convincing manner
  • Consulting expertise: Providing initial advice to customers on architecture, testing, and development issues
  • Workshops and demos: Conducting technical presentations and proof-of-concepts
