We are a strong team of sales people who play an important strategic role in the company. For our team we are looking for an experienced team player and performer/hunter who is at home in both hunting and farming. You understand how to develop established customer relationships while using cold calling as one of your strongest weapons in sales. If you love to proactively conquer new markets and at the same time look after existing customers in the long term, you are exactly the right person for us.

Your challenge – sales with dynamism and technical expertise

Everyone in the team knows how important you are - because your job is to inspire our customers with customized IT services in the areas of SW development, QA & testing as well as regulatory consulting in the MedTech and healthcare sector and to keep our company on the road to success.

Your highly relevant to-dos include:

  • Strategic new customer acquisition and expansion of existing customer relationships in the MedTech and Healthcare sectors.
  • Sales of customized IT services and solutions that support our customers in the digital transformation and development of medical technologies - from development, QA & testing and consulting for products, cloud services to IT security.
  • Negotiating and finalizing contracts for complex IT projects to create long-term partnerships
  • Advising decision makers at C-level and in the healthcare industry on innovative IT services & solutions that meet the requirements of the medical technology and healthcare sector.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities and develop innovative strategies.
  • Monitoring and reporting of sales metrics to ensure and continuously improve the success of your sales strategies.

  • have the ability to communicate complex technical topics in a simple and understandable way and thus inspire customers for our solutions.
  • feel comfortable in a dynamic sales environment where you regularly visit customers in person. Personal contact and direct exchange are essential for you to build trust and maintain sustainable business relationships. Specialized knowledge regarding:

  • Domain-specific topics: e.g. e-file, RIS, HIS, PACS, FHIR, HL7, DICOM etc.
  • Software architectures: understanding of modern software architectures, monoliths, microservices, APIs (REST, GraphQL)
  • Programming languages & frameworks: overview of Java, Python, JavaScript, .NET etc.
  • Test types & methods: unit, integration, system, acceptance, load and security tests
  • Test automation: knowledge of tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright
  • Test management & QA processes: Familiarity with tools such as TestRail, Zephyr, JIRA
  • CI/CD & DevOps: Understanding of build and deployment processes (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab CI)
  • Cloud technologies: Overview of AWS, Azure, GCP and deployment models
  • Agile methods: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, incl. the role of QA in an agile environment

as well as communicative & analytical skills

  • Requirements analysis: Recognizing and structuring the customer's technical and functional needs
  • Solution presentation: Presenting complex technical concepts in an understandable and convincing way
  • Consulting skills: initially advising customers on architecture, testing and development issues
  • Workshops & demos: Conducting technical presentations and proof of concepts
