• Lead and support your team – you encourage individual development, conduct regular feedback talks, and foster a motivating team environment. 

• Manage projects successfully – you steer ongoing projects, monitor timelines, budgets, and quality, and respond flexibly to change. 

• Support customers with confidence – you represent sepp.med professionally and reliably, serve as the primary point of contact, understand client needs, and deliver high-quality solutions for long-term partnerships. 

• Grow client relationships and expand accounts – you identify development potential, take a strategic approach to farming, and deepen existing partnerships. 

• Match expertise with project needs – you assess staffing requirements and, in close collaboration with Recruiting, select new team members. 

• Increase visibility and strengthen presence – you work with Marketing and Sales to implement targeted initiatives that enhance our market visibility. 

• Integrate deeply into client environments – you actively contribute to projects, spending about 50% of your time hands-on within client teams. 

What You Bring - Your Profile

• Extensive experience in IT project management – you bring industry expertise and a strong professional network in MedTech, eGovernment/Public, Mobility (Automotive, Avionics, Rail, etc.), or Consulting. 

• Expertise in software development, QA/testing, or consulting and project leadership – you possess solid technical knowledge and take ownership with a strong focus on quality and efficiency. 

• Excellent customer relationship skills – you manage client partnerships professionally, solution-oriented, and collaboratively. 

• Motivational leadership – you know how to inspire, develop, and empower your team. 

• Confident communication & presence – you’re persuasive in presentations, skilled in conflict resolution, and assertive in your role. 

• Fluency in Microsoft Office and databases – you are proficient in Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Outlook, and experienced in handling databases. 

• Linguistically skilled – you are fluent in German (business level) and comfortable communicating in English – both written and spoken.
