Florian Prester studied computer science at the Friedrich-Alexander University in Erlangen and has been Managing Director/CEO of sepp.med gmbh since 2008.
With his profound expertise, he manages the operational business, promotes research & development of innovative tools and processes and, as a powerful Head of Business Development, convinces our customers and partners of his motto "We do digitalization - but safely!".
In addition to outstanding expertise, he particularly values the flexibility of sepp.med employees so that he can deploy them not only in customer projects, but also in dragon boat races. Florian has two teenage children and lives near Erlangen.
Business graduate Maria Engelmayr, née Prester, is, like her older siblings, managing director of sepp.med gmbh.
As the mother of two boys, she proves that career and family are perfectly compatible: Maria Engelmayr is responsible for Human Resources, Organization and Marketing.

Barbara Bilen, née Prester, a graduate in business administration (FH), has been Managing Director/CEO of sepp.med gmbh since 2008 and is responsible for finance, controlling and administration.
She reads balance sheets like others read a thriller, she knows every single cent in the company and when large investments are pending, no banker can refuse her anything. This always leaves a buffer for tokens of appreciation to employees or social commitment.
As a hobby horsewoman, the mother of a pair of twins also overcomes every obstacle in her private life.
sepp.med was founded in 1980 by Franz-Josef Prester and successfully handed over to the next generation in 2007-2010. For this exemplary company succession, sepp.med was awarded the Mittelfränkischer Gründerpreis 2012 and was among the top 3 in Bavaria at the Bayerischer Gründerpreis.
For over 40 years, sepp.med has stood for software development and quality assurance in safety-critical industries.
