As an AI Consultant, you advise clients holistically on the use of AI in software engineering and actively shape this field at sepp.med.
AI Consulting & Engineering- Consult clients holistically – you advise customers on using AI in software engineering, including development, testing, quality assurance, maintenance, and documentation.- Analyze engineering processes – you review existing processes and identify meaningful, practical AI use cases.- Design & evaluate AI solutions – you develop concepts and assess AI-based solutions (e.g., build vs. buy, tools, architectures).- Support pilot projects – you guide prototypes and pilot projects into productive operation.Development & Technical Implementation- Develop AI tools & prototypes – you actively contribute to building AI-based tools, prototypes, and integrations.- Use modern AI technologies – you work with technologies such as LLMs, assistant systems, and automation solutions.- Support engineering activities – you apply AI to code generation and analysis, test case and artifact creation, and knowledge management and documentation.- Extend toolchains – you integrate AI solutions into existing engineering toolchains.Quality, Security & Regulation- Ensure quality & compliance – you consider quality, security, and compliance aspects when using AI.- Assess risks – you analyze risks such as traceability, data quality, and technological dependencies.- Advise regulated environments – you support clients using AI in regulated and safety-critical domains.Sharing Knowledge & Driving Innovation- Conduct workshops & trainings – you deliver workshops, trainings, and customer presentations.- Contribute expertise – you contribute to articles, talks, whitepapers, or conference presentations.- Develop the AI portfolio – you actively shape and expand sepp.med’s AI portfolio.- Collaborate cross-functionally – you work closely with consulting, development, and management.
Professional Background & Experience- Solid education – you hold a degree in computer science, software engineering, or a comparable qualification.- Software engineering experience – you bring experience in development, architecture, or engineering toolchains.- Strong AI understanding – you have a solid understanding of modern AI technologies and concepts.- Practical experience or strong interest – you have hands-on experience or strong interest in AI in engineering, automation and assistant systems, and LLM-based solutions.- Regulated domains experience – ideally, you have experience in regulated or safety-critical environments.Personality & Consulting Skills- Passion for consulting – you enjoy working closely with customers and projects.- Explain complexity clearly – you can communicate complex AI topics clearly and appropriately.- Curiosity & drive – you are eager to build new topics and actively drive innovation.- Language skills – you have very good German and good English skills.
