As a key player in digital solutions for the medical, automotive, rail, and aerospace industries, you'll be part of a strong, interdisciplinary team. Challenge accepted – Your responsibilities

  • Ensure IT system security – identify vulnerabilities and protect sensitive information through systematic analysis. 
  • Conduct professional penetration tests – simulate real-world attacks and assess security weaknesses. 
  • Perform security assessments – analyze complex systems and define actionable improvements. 
  • Develop IT security concepts – create processes that sustainably increase system protection. 
  • Evaluate current security threats – monitor risks in IT and OT environments and respond proactively. 
  • Document findings and results – ensure clarity and transparency in your reporting. 
  • Advise on secure development – guide development teams to improve security throughout the software lifecycle. 

It’s a match – Your profile for sucess

  • A degree in Computer Science – or a comparable qualification (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Diploma). 
  • Hands-on experience in IT security and penetration testing – with a solid track record in security analysis. 
  • Proficiency in C or C# – with a deep understanding of secure programming practices. 
  • DevOps mindset and scripting skills – experience in Python or PowerShell, ideally with CI integration. 
  • Background in embedded development and testing – with knowledge of safety-critical systems. 
  • A structured, quality-driven approach – clear documentation and a strong focus on results. 
  • Ideally experience in medical technology – with insight into regulatory and compliance requirements. 
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English – both written and verbal.
