Your Responsibilities – Architecture with Impact and Oversight

• Design software architectures – You define system structures, modules, and their interactions. 

• Provide technical leadership – You guide the development team, ensuring implementation aligns with the architectural vision. 

• Select technologies & frameworks – You make strategic tech decisions and keep an eye on industry trends and innovations. 

• Stay up to date – You track technology advancements and best practices to ensure state-of-the-art architectures. 

• Maintain architecture documentation – You create and update detailed documentation to ensure transparency and clarity. 

• Define product requirements – You work closely with the Product Owner and take responsibility for the requirements specification. 

• Optimize AUTOSAR processes – You actively shape and improve AUTOSAR development workflows. 

What You Bring – Your Success Profile

• Degree or equivalent qualification – You hold a degree in Computer Science, Computational Engineering, or a related field, or have completed vocational training (e.g. IT specialist). 

• Solid architecture experience – You have a proven track record in designing and developing complex software architectures. 

• Analytical thinking & creativity – You combine quick comprehension with a solution-oriented mindset. 

• Agile methods & frontend know-how – Ideally, you’re familiar with Scrum, Kanban or SAFe and have experience in frontend development (e.g. CSS). 

• Strong communication skills – You are fluent in German and have good English skills.
