Your Role - Software Development Meets Agile Leadership

  • Develop and maintain software – you create and enhance CT imaging applications in line with medical standards and agile practices.

  • Work with architecture and concepts – you understand existing structures and contribute to new solution designs.

  • Prototype and implement features – you explore ideas, build functional prototypes, and implement scalable components.

  • Ensure quality and stability – you resolve issues, support testing, and maintain high product standards.

  • Facilitate agile collaboration – you lead Scrum meetings and continuously improve team workflows.

  • Support project coordination – you help structure tasks, track progress, and assist project leads.

What You Bring - Your Profile

  • Academic background in IT – you hold a Master’s degree in Computer Science or a comparable field (or bring equivalent experience).
  • Professional experience with C#/.NET – you’ve developed complex applications using modern Microsoft technologies.
  • Familiarity with medical device development – ideally, you’ve worked in regulated environments before.
  • Experience with Siemens Healthineers native/syngo-based software – a strong plus!
  • Strong software engineering skills – Clean Code, testing strategies, development tools, debugging, and version control are part of your toolkit.
  • Scrum know-how – you understand agile frameworks and the responsibilities of a Scrum Master, ideally with hands-on experience.
  • Confident communication – you’re fluent in both German and English, in technical and interpersonal contexts.
  • Personal strengths – you demonstrate initiative, analytical thinking, and a collaborative mindset.
