Your Opportunity – Shaping Digital Solutions in a Regulated Environment

Digital training environments are at the heart of modern continuing education. In this role, you will ensure that our training systems run smoothly, are rolled out cleanly, and are continuously developed. You will work in an agile environment according to SCRUM and actively shape the future of virtual training in an industry where innovation and quality count.

Your Responsibilities – Operations, automation, and service quality

• Administer Azure infrastructure – You will continuously operate and develop our IT infrastructure with a focus on Azure Cloud.
• Set up automated rollouts – You will design, maintain, and optimize rollouts for virtual training environments.
• Develop PowerShell automation – You will implement and improve PowerShell scripts and automation solutions.
• Implement security requirements – You will implement security-related specifications and take care of security exception handling.
• Actively coordinate – You will coordinate closely with trainers and developers to provide virtual environments.

Fachliche Qualifikationen

• Professional qualifications

  • Confident with Azure & virtualization – You have in-depth knowledge of Azure Cloud and virtualization systems.
  • Experienced with PowerShell & automation – You have experience with PowerShell, automation, and version management (GIT).
  • Strong networking & storage skills – You are proficient in troubleshooting and have solid networking and storage expertise.
  • Familiar with monitoring & security – You are familiar with monitoring tools and the basics/requirements of IT security.
  • Virtual training environments – Ideally, you have experience in setting up and operating virtual training environments.

  Soft skills

  • Communication on an equal footing – You are confident and communicate clearly.
  • Self-organization & initiative – You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
  • Team spirit & motivation – You enjoy working in a team and are keen to help shape new developments.

  Education & experience

  • IT degree or equivalent – You have a degree in IT or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of practical experience – You have experience in system administration and/or IT DevOps.
  • Confident in German & English – You communicate very well in spoken and written German and English.
