Our online marketing brings people into contact with sepp.med and regularly generates Marketing Qualified Leads. You find out what is behind their interest, keep the conversation going, and recognize when the time is right for a sales discussion.

sepp.med develops and tests software for demanding industries such as medical technology and mobility. In Inside Sales, you work closely with Marketing, Account Managers, and Team Leads.

Your responsibilities – Turning interest into opportunity

• Qualify marketing leads strategically – you research companies and contacts, reach out by phone or email, and uncover the interests and potential needs behind each lead.
• Develop relationships over time – you stay in touch even when there is no immediate project and create relevant touchpoints through events, blog articles, and other useful content.
• Move sales opportunities forward – you recognize when the time is right for a personal sales conversation, schedule meetings, and hand qualified opportunities to our Account Managers with all relevant information.
• Support sales activities effectively – you work through lead lists, execute targeted sales initiatives, prepare presentations, proposals, and contracts, and support follow-up after customer meetings.
• Keep CRM data and metrics on track – you reliably document contacts, activities, and next steps and review results and sales metrics with Marketing and Sales to continuously improve our outreach.
• Monitor the market and competition – you identify relevant developments and bring useful insights into our sales activities.
• Connect with prospects at trade shows – you occasionally join us at events, speak with prospects, and follow up on the contacts you make.

What you bring – Your success profile

• Commercial background and experience – you have completed commercial vocational training, a relevant degree, or bring comparable practical experience.
• Initial B2B sales experience – you have already worked in sales, customer outreach, or a comparable role.
• Commercial mindset and customer focus – you recognize customer needs and enjoy developing contacts into concrete sales opportunities.
• Confidence in proactive communication – you enjoy reaching out by phone and email and communicate clearly and personally.
• Independent and structured working style – you organize your work reliably and are comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems.
• Excellent German and good English – you communicate confidently in German and have good written and spoken English skills.
• Interest in software and AI – you are curious about our customers' topics and are willing to occasionally attend trade shows with us.
