Details

From October 29 to 31, 2026, radiologists, radiologic technologists, medical physics experts, and representatives of the medical technology industry will gather at the Freiheitshalle in Hof, Germany. The Southern and Central German Radiology Congress (Süd- und Mitteldeutscher Röntgenkongress) is the joint annual meeting of the Bavarian Radiological Society, the Saxon Radiological Society, and the Thuringian Society for Radiology and Nuclear Medicine.

The program focuses on modern diagnostic and interventional radiology, nuclear medicine, and the question of how digital technologies are changing diagnosis and therapy. Artificial intelligence plays a central role: Algorithms already help analyze image data, detect diseases at an early stage, and make workflows more efficient.

sepp.med is exhibiting at the congress.

Less administration, more time for patients, and IT that pays off: these are the topics we look forward to discussing with radiology practices and medical care centers (MVZ) at our booth.

AI for everyday practice: DocSort live at our booth

A new patient, with the full history at a glance: Experience DocSort at our booth, our AI tool for patient intake. DocSort sorts and structures prior findings and patient documents and presents them clearly. It highlights special notes such as intolerances as alerts.

Your team reviews the documents in a preview and then exports them in an organized way to your existing file system. This makes orientation easier and speeds up patient intake. Interfaces via the standards Health Level Seven (HL7) and Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) can be added, and further database connections are planned.

Strategic IT and AI consulting: your IT has to pay off

Fees are under pressure. All the more important that your spending on IT and AI pays off in your practice. We will talk with you about three starting points:

  • Reduce operating costs – cut duplicate work, automate workflows, and prioritize IT measures by benefit, cost, and urgency.
  • Use AI cost-effectively – evaluate suitable use cases and solutions, check benefits, costs, and integration, and start with a measurable pilot project.
  • Secure practice acquisitions – review the IT status, contracts, and investment needs, and make risks and follow-up costs of buying, selling, and integration transparent.
